We're delighted that we’ll soon be able to see our loyal customers in person, with the easing of some coronavirus rules from the 15th June.
Please be reassured, we will still be following strict safety measures to protect your and our health and wellbeing.
Opening hours – 10am to 3pm, Monday to Saturday
Trying on shoes – we’re all qualified fitters and already fit the shoes for you, which means you can try on shoes without having to touch them.
Number of visitors – in line with government advice, we politely request that unless you need assistance, you shop alone to keep visitor numbers to a minimum. We’ll always give you an honest answer if you ask for our opinion.
Safe distancing – while we will need to come closer than two metres to assist you with trying on shoes, we’ll do our best to ensure our heads are as far from yours as possible.
Sanitising – we regularly wash our hands for at least 20 seconds and use disinfecting air freshener. We also regularly and clean door handles, surfaces and counter tops, as well as between customers. Seats will be sprayed with a disinfectant between visitors. You’ll also find antibacterial hand sanitiser on the counter, and we request all visitors make use of this.
Storing items after being tried on – we will store tried on and returned items for 72 hours before putting them back on the shelves or allowing them to be tried on again.
Health and government advice – we will continue to check and follow the latest guidelines as they’re released.
ONLINE, PHONE, EMAIL & FACEBOOK ORDERS
In addition to the measures above, we also do the following when filling orders:
Gloves for packaging orders – we take cleanliness and the safety of our customers and team very seriously. We regularly wash our hands for at least 20 seconds, use antibacterial hand sanitiser and wear gloves when packaging orders.
Extended time to try and decide – we realise that things aren’t as easy as they used to be, so we’ve extended our returns policy to 30 days, to give you more time to try on and decide which items you’d like to keep.

If you call and get the answering machine, please do leave a message. We're not in the shop all of the time, but we are picking up messages and will call you back just as soon as we can - usually the same day.
