The Hip Seat works wonders for your back. Not only does it stop you throwing your hip out to one side, but the child can easily cuddle the wearer, and feels safer too.
The Hip Seat is worn around the hips, a bit like a belt. It has a small bottom shaped part, which can be placed on the right of left hip. Once fitted, the child simply sits on the seat part and cuddles the wearer, just as if they were holding on whilst you had them sitting on the hipbone. The Hip Seat distributes the child’s weight evenly around the waist and hips, eliminating pressure points.
